Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs Boneless Pork Loin Roast
  • 1 (24 oz) bag Frozen French Fries
EVENING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (18 oz) bottle Favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 8 Hamburger Buns
  • Peas Or Other Favorite Frozen Vegetables
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS
  1. Place pork in crock pot.
  2. Turn on low for 7-9 hours.
  3. Place fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Place fries in oven and set on time-bake* to cook according to package directions, with the end time being 10 minutes before you want to eat.

EVENING DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove pork from crock pot to cool.
  2. Place vegetables in microwave or in pot to cook. 

  3. Place BBQ sauce in pan on stove and heat.

  4. Cut pork against the grain every 2 inches or so and shred.

  5. Add pork to sauce and heat until meat is warmed through.
  6. Split rolls in half and make sandwiches.
  7. Serve with veggies and fries.
