BBQ Ribs and Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 T Minced Onion
- 1/2 T Garlic Salt
- 1 T Liquid Smoke
- 1 rack Pork Baby Back Ribs Approx. 3 Lbs
- 1 (12 oz) can Cola
- 4 ears Unshucked Corn On The Cob
EVENING INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 4 T Butter
- Dash Of Salt
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS

Place first four ingredients in crock pot and stir.

Cut rack of ribs in half to fit into crock pot.

Place ribs into crock pot, pressing firmly into seasonings, flipping over and pressing again.

Repeat for other half of ribs.

Pour coke over ribs in crock pot and turn on low for 8-9 hours.

Place unshucked corn on a cookie sheet in oven.

Set oven to time-bake* at 350 degrees for 45 minutes with the end time being 15 minutes before you want to eat.
EVENING DIRECTIONS

Cover ribs with BBQ sauce and replace lid so sauce warms up.

Remove corn from oven and, using a potholder to hold corn, carefully cut big ends off about where the corn kernels begin.

Peel husks off, pinching the silks together at the top, and most of the silks will come off easily.

Remove any silks left behind.

Place on table with butter, salt and ribs.
