- 1 (8 count) can Flaky Biscuits
- 6-8 Eggs
- 8 Slices Ham Lunch Meat
- 8 Slices Cheese
Place biscuits on a cookie sheet.
Place in oven and set on time-bake* according to package directions with the end time being 5 minutes before you want to eat.
Remove biscuits from oven when ready.
Whisk eggs and pour into a greased, non-stick pan.
Cook on medium-low, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula until eggs are mostly cooked but still wet.
Spread eggs evenly over pan and continue to cook without stirring.
Warm ham in microwave, 30-60 seconds. Add salt and pepper to eggs.
Cut eggs into sections to be placed on biscuits.
Flip each section to finish cooking other side if still a bit wet.
Put biscuits, eggs, ham, cheese on table for everyone to assemble as they wish.
Serve with fresh fruit.
