Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 (15 oz) can Corn
  • 1 (15 oz) can Pinto Or Kidney Beans
  • 1 (2.25 oz) package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 (1 oz) package Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 (7 oz) can Diced Green Chilies
EVENING INGREDIENT
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Bag Corn Chips
  • Dash Hot Sauce Optional
  • Favorite Fresh Fruit
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS
  1. Drain and rinse the beans.
  2. Put all in the crock pot, including the water from the canned corn and chilies.
  3. Stir.
  4. Turn on low for 6-10 hours.
EVENING DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove chicken from crock pot and cube into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Return chicken to soup.
  3. Dice green onion.
  4. Cut fruit.
  5. Put all on table and let family top their soup with cheese, chips and green onion.
  6. Serve with fruit on the side.
