Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers
  • 2 T Minced Onion
  • 1 Clove Of Garlic
  • 1 (12 oz) jar Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
EVENING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 (15 oz) can Pinto Or Kidney Beans
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pkg Oyster Crackers
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove tops and seeds from bell peppers (no need to slice).
  2. Place all in a crock pot and turn on low for 6-9 hours.
EVENING DIRECTIONS
  1. Put green peppers in food processor with some of the liquid and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add other crock pot ingredients and pulse a few more times to chop meat.
  3. Place in pot on stove, add beans and cook to warm up beans.
  4. Let family top their chili with cheese and crackers.
