- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 2 Green Bell Peppers
- 2 T Minced Onion
- 1 Clove Of Garlic
- 1 (12 oz) jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
- 2 (15 oz) can Pinto Or Kidney Beans
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pkg Oyster Crackers
Remove tops and seeds from bell peppers (no need to slice).
Place all in a crock pot and turn on low for 6-9 hours.
Put green peppers in food processor with some of the liquid and pulse until finely chopped.
Add other crock pot ingredients and pulse a few more times to chop meat.
Place in pot on stove, add beans and cook to warm up beans.
Let family top their chili with cheese and crackers.
