MORNING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large Sweet Potata
EVENING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa
  • 2 Bananas
  • 4 cups Of Ice
  • 1 cup Favorite Granola Or Granola-Type Cereal
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook sweet potato in microwave for 5 minutes, turning over half-way through.
  2. Place in fridge to get cold.
EVENING DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel sweet potato.
  2. Place all but granola in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into individual cups.
  4. Top with granola and enjoy.
