Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (1 lb) roll Hot Or Mild Jimmy Dean Sausage
EVENING INGREDIENTS
  • ½ head Cabbage
  • 1 (10 oz) bag Matchstick Carrots
  • 2 T Minced Onion
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 T Sesame Oil
  • 2 (2.25 oz) cups Maruchan Ramen Chicken Noodles
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS
  1. Place sausage in crock pot.
  2. Turn in low for 6-8 hours.
EVENING DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook cup of noodles in microwave according to package directions.
  2. While noodles are cooking, put sausage and cabbage in food processor.
  3. Pulse until all is nicely chopped. (May take two batches)
  4. Throw sausage and cabbage in a pan on stove, add carrots, onions, soy sauce, ginger and oil. Cover, turn on high and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Intermittently stir cabbage until it is soft and slightly translucent.
  6. Drain water from noodles, add to cabbage mixture and stir all together.
  7. Serve warm in bowls
