Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb Frozen, Peeled Shrimp
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 (1 oz) packet Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Butter
EVENING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bag Salad
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
  • Rolls
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter in microwave.
  2. Line a 9x13 pan with foil.
  3. Cut lemon into slices.
  4. Put shrimp on pan, top with butter and lemons.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over all and let it marinate in the fridge.
EVENING DIRECTIONS
  1. Bake shrimp in oven at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  2. Place salad in a wide, shallow bowl.
  3. Slice cucumber.
  4. Add cucumber and tomatoes to salad.
  5. Crumble desired amount of feta cheese over all.
  6. When shrimp is done, squeeze juice out of lemon slices onto shrimp then discard.
  7. Spoon shrimp mixture* over salad.

*The seasoned butter makes a great dressing, and the combination of hot and cold is so yummy.
