Morning Ingredients:
  • 3 medium Sweet Potatoes (or 2 large)
Evening Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Ice
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 cups Milk
In the Morning:
  1. Place sweet potatoes in oven on time-bake.*

  2. Set time-bake* to start baking right away with the end time being 1 hour later.

  3. Sweet potatoes will cool in oven all day while at work. (Or place in fridge if at home).
In the Evening:
  1. Cut sweet potato in half.
  2. Scoop out meat with a large spoon and place in blender along with all evening ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender if necessary.
