Ingredients
Morning Ingredients:
- 3 medium Sweet Potatoes (or 2 large)
Evening Ingredients:
- 4 cups Ice
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Milk
Directions
In the Morning:

Place sweet potatoes in oven on time-bake.*

Set time-bake* to start baking right away with the end time being 1 hour later.

Sweet potatoes will cool in oven all day while at work. (Or place in fridge if at home).
In the Evening:

Cut sweet potato in half.

Scoop out meat with a large spoon and place in blender along with all evening ingredients.

Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender if necessary.
