PB Toast with Berries
- 1 lb Fresh Berries
- 1 T Sugar
- 8-10 slices Hearty Sandwich Bread
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
Place berries in bowl and top with sugar.
Place in fridge.
The sugar will set in and make a nice syrup.
Place on plate, top with generous portions of PB, seeds and add juicy berries. So fun, relaxing and yummy!
*FOR EVENING ONLY: Skip the morning step. Warm a little jam and stir to thin it out. Pour over berries as a sauce.
