Pork Gyros

Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Boneless Pork Loin Roast
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 T Garlic Salt
- 2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
EVENING INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 oz) bottle Greek Yogurt Dressing (With Dill Is Super Yummy)*
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/4 head Lettuce
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes
- 10 small Pitas Or Tortillas
- 1 (12 oz) bottle Franks Sweet Chili Sauce
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS

Pour broth in crock pot.

Mix all spices on a cookie sheet.

Rub oil onto pork then roll in spice mixture, pressing down to coat it well.

Place pork in crock pot.

Turn on low for 6-10 hours.
EVENING DIRECTIONS

Place pork on a cutting board to cool slightly.

Thinly slice cucumbers, lettuce and red onion.

Remove undesired fat, cut pork against the grain every 2 inches or so and shred.

Add some juice from the crock pot to the meat to moisten it as desired.

Put pork, Greek dressing, chili sauce, veggies and pitas on table and let everyone make their gyro the way they like it.
Recipe Notes
*NOTE: If your Greek yogurt dressing does not have dill, you can sprinkle on some dill yourself.
