Pork on Salad

Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 Lbs Boneless Pork Loin Roast
- 1 Cup Water
EVENING INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Basil
- 1 Bag Of Salad
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS

Place pork loin roast in crock pot with water.

Turn on low for 8-10 hours.
EVENING DIRECTIONS

Place roast on cutting board.

Strain the juice in bottom of crock pot into a pan and boil until it’s about half the amount.

While this is boiling, scrape fat off the outside of the roast and discard.

Cut pork against the grain about every 2 inches and separate into small pieces.

Add meat to reduced juice in pot and coat well. Sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano, and basil.

Put a serving of salad on each plate and top with warm meat, including the seasoned juice.*
Recipe Notes
*NOTE: The juice makes a nice dressing for the salad and the combination of cold and hot is yummy.
