Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 Lbs Boneless Pork Loin Roast
  • 1 Cup Water
EVENING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Basil
  • 1 Bag Of Salad
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS
  1. Place pork loin roast in crock pot with water.
  2. Turn on low for 8-10 hours.
EVENING DIRECTIONS
  1. Place roast on cutting board.
  2. Strain the juice in bottom of crock pot into a pan and boil until it’s about half the amount.
  3. While this is boiling, scrape fat off the outside of the roast and discard.
  4. Cut pork against the grain about every 2 inches and separate into small pieces.
  5. Add meat to reduced juice in pot and coat well. Sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano, and basil.
  6. Put a serving of salad on each plate and top with warm meat, including the seasoned juice.*
Recipe Notes

*NOTE: The juice makes a nice dressing for the salad and the combination of cold and hot is yummy.
