Servings: 5 Servings
- 5 cups Old-Fashioned Oats (Not Quick Oats--they get too mushy)
- 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 1 1/4 cup Frozen Berries
- 5 tsp Sugar
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- A Smile On Your Face!
You will need a container with lid for each person.
Place about 1 cup oats in the container.*
Cover oats with milk until the milk reaches the top of the oats (about ½ cup)
Add about 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup berries.
Place lids on containers and shake them until yogurt is distributed.
Let sit in the fridge all day. Oats will soften and berries will thaw but stay plump in the mixture.
Enjoy your chewy, refreshing oats. So great on a hot summer day!
*NOTE: You can eyeball all these measurements to save time, this recipe is pretty flexible.
