Southwestern Chicken Dip
- A Smile On Your Face!
- 6 oz Precooked Chicken Breast Strips (Found In Refrigerator Or Frozen Section)
- 1 (15 oz) can Black Beans
- 1 (15 oz) can Corn
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- Handful Of Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 (12 oz) bag Scoop-Type Tortilla Chips
Dice cold (not frozen) chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in bowl.
Chop spinach into very fine shreds, like an herb.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Drain beans and corn.
Combine everything except chips in a bowl and mix together.
Place chicken mix and chips on table and enjoy dipping!
