Sweet Pork Nachos
- 2 lbs Boneless Pork Loin Roast
- 2 T Liquid Smoke
- 1 (12 oz) bag Corn Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mexican-Blend Cheese
- 1/2 (8 oz) bag Shredded Lettuce
- 2 Green Onions
Place all morning ingredients in crock pot.
Turn on low for 6-9 hours.
Take pork out of crock pot to cool some.
Spread corn chips evenly on a baking sheet.
Turn oven on high broil.
Cut pork against the grain every inch and shred.
Mix meat and BBQ sauce.
Sprinkle meat evenly over chips and top with cheese.
Broil in oven 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with lettuce and green onion.
