Ingredients
MORNING INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 (10 oz) cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
EVENING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 (6 oz) box Low-Sodium Stuffing Mix
  • Favorite Frozen Or Canned Vegetable
Directions
MORNING DIRECTIONS
  1. Place chicken in crock pot and cover with soup.

  2. Turn on low for 6-9 hours.
EVENING DIRECTIONS
  1. Uncover crock pot and check gravy.  If it's a little watery, leave top off and let it continue to cook as you prepare stuffing.

  2. Make stuffing according to package directions.
  3. While water for stuffing is heating up, cook vegetables in microwave.
  4. Once water is boiling, turn off and add stuffing according to package directions.
  5. When stuffing is ready, add to top of chicken in crock pot pressing it down into gravy.

  6. Serve right out of the crock pot with vegetables on the side.
